INCI name: Water, Glycerin, Trehalose, Root Extract of Ophiumon japonicum, Stem Extract of Opuntia ficus-indica, Root Extract of Sophora flavescens, 1,2-Pentanediol, 1,2-Hexanediol
Through four prevention and treatment approaches:
1. Isolate allergens and reduce their own irritating effects;
2. Inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators such as histamine;
3. Enhance the body's barrier function;
4. Repair damaged capillaries and skin.
5.An in vitro inhibition assay using hyaluronidase was conducted to evaluate the effect of Irrisooths II (Fuxinjia) on inhibiting hyaluronidase activity. The experiment tested concentrations of 0.5%, 1%, 3%, and 5%. The results showed that at a concentration of 3%, Irrisooths II (Fuxinjia) achieved an inhibition rate of 82% against hyaluronidase. When the concentration reached 5%, the inhibition rate approached 93%, demonstrating exceptionally high efficacy in inhibiting hyaluronidase activity. This compound can significantly suppress the enzymatic degradation of hyaluronic acid by hyaluronidase and exhibits excellent anti-allergic properties.
Results show IrriSo o t h s Ⅱ (Fuxin Jia) cream reduced itching by 78% after 10 minutes, 57% at 30 minutes, and 50% at 60 minutes, proving rapid relief from irritation, inflammation, and itch caused by external stimuli.
A rat study used histamine phosphate to induce skin itch. Different concentrations were tested to evaluate Irrisooths II (Fuxin Jia)’s ability to reduce itching, showing its anti-allergic effect.As shown in the figure, both Irrisooths II (Fuxin Jia) and Fuke Qingsong exhibit relatively high levels of antihistamine application. The antihistamine content in Irrisooths II (Fuxin Jia) is higher than that in the positive control, Fuke Qingsong, indicating that Irrisooths II (Fuxin Jia) possesses excellent antihistamine efficacy and significantly alleviates skin itching caused by histamine.
